This petition is for All Moors inhabiting the Americas, Africa, Asia, Europe, and Australia who have been injured Commercially by the domestic, foreign policy, and abuse of laws of the United States Government, its subsidiary agencies, employees, jurisdictions, and Companies of Foreign Nations engaged in profiting from such injurious behavior.
