Mooie the puppy was four months old. She was a pit-bull puppy, and was as sweet as can be. One day, her owner burned her with concentrated ammonia, burning off 98% of her skin. As she tried to lick the ammonia off, she burned the inside of her mouth and her intestines and stomach. She was found on the step of Pasado's Safe Haven, an animal abuse prevention center in Washington, USA. She would have needed painful skin grafts on over 99% of her body, and it was a slim chance that she would survive the operations. While the vets were inspecting Mooie, they were suffering burns, dizziness, and were having trouble breathing. This shows how strong the ammonia that Mooie was burned with was. The authorities decided to cremate her, instead of performing a necropsy that would provide vital evidence to start a case against the perpatrator. This petition is to avenge her death.
