    Comments: I have a loan with Ameriquest. I am current with them but because of an internal accounting error which they admit in one department , but won't admit in another they put my home in foreclosure. I am current on all my payments. Yet I am being charged fees for the foreclosure that they put me in . So they took it off my current payment which then put me back into on the intent to fore closure list. I had no idea why they had charged me those fees. Please help!!!

    Comments: since 1998 I have been in a legal battle with CitiMortgage and now at 62 yrs of age and not having my husband to help me after 34 yrs of marriage they are going to foreclose and overcharged my escrow over $19,000.00, which we paid and have not seen one penney of it. I will sigh anything as long as it will help the next and the next and the next person who needs help, the agencys that you are directed to for help, all seem to be out to lunch. I will find out in the next few wks if I have a home and its belongings anymore.

    Comments: We financed our home through a finance company "Greentree Servicing" They are so rude and harrass people everyday and never put "our money" on our account when it is written on our payments to go toward the principal of our loan. Since my loan has only been serviced by EMC for only a little over a year, such an exorbitant amount could not even be possible even if I missed every payment. Something has got to change!!

    Comments: I am President of Homeowers Against Deficient Dwellings, www.hadd.com, and have had many homeowners contact me regarding not only substandard construction, but fraudulent lending as well. Something HAS to be done to protect homeowners from builders who build shoddy homes, inflated appraisals, title company kickbacks, and predatory/fraudulent lending. The "American Dream" of homeownership has been destroyed for hundreds of thousands of families, and consumer protection for the largest investment we make is seriously lacking in every state.
