We are parents, players, students, and supporters of the Montague Varsity Softball Team. We have a group of young, talented, gifted, and talented players, who are not playing up to their capabilty, as we think this is due to the current coaching staff. Our current coaches are using outdated drills, practice tatics, and have a lack in communication, not only with the team, but with the parents, and community as well. Within the last 6 years of the current coaching staff we have only had 1 title, and never over a 500 club. Our players show a promising future, as a team, and as individuals. We are petitioning for change. Changing the past and present, makes for a promising change for the future.
