This petition calls for the hiring of Kevin Mondro as the next head men's basketball coach at the University of Detroit Mercy. There will be other canidates that will interview for this position, but none of them will have the passion, pride, and admiration that Kevin has for this school and it's basketball program. As a former Detroit Titan student athlete and the current interm head men's basketball coach, Kevin has shown his work ethic is second to none. He has worked an uncountable amount of hours in helping the UDM men's basketball team reach some amazing heights within his time as an assistant. He truly deserves a chance at being the head coach that leads this program back to where it belongs, which is the top of the Horizon League as well as one of the top mid-major programs in the country.
