Every year, the Friday seven period review day before exam week proves great for asking questions and is actually used to start studying what is not known. But after a weekend of studying objectively and knowing what you need to study (you would hope you would), the Monday seven period review day just generally wastes time because you can't start concentrating. What this petitions for is Monday to become a free study day with teachers in their classrooms and offices open for tutorial. If we can fill this petition up with over two thirds of the upper school that would ease up the understanding on the issue and it would be done pretty quickly hopefully.
