Name: Yvonne Brandon on Dec 21, 2012Comments: I'm not signing because I am afraid this will happen to my child. I am signing because it is not ok for it to happen to anyone's child, not anywhere, not ever, not even one more time. And if don't get rid of these guns and ammunition clips, it's only a matter of time before it happens again.Flag

Name: Lesley Amend on Dec 22, 2012Comments: The only people that should have these weapons are the military or law enforcement. The average citizen has no need for this mass murder weapon. Please get these things out of our neighborhoods before there is another tragedy where babies are slaughtered!!!! We cannot ever have another Sandy Hook tragedy!Flag

No Rights for Americans To go to a movie just for fun Not knowing if while there They might face an AR-15 gun No Rights for Americans To safely send your child to school They too, never knowing the day That the AR-15 may rule No Rights for Americans To go shopping at the Mall Not knowing if an AR-15 will go off And in chaos many will fall No Rights for Americans As long as assault weapons win We will keep facing the inevitable The massacres will not end No Rights for Americans Is what the N.R.A. stands for Normal guns are not enough They fight for weapons of warFlag

Name: Eddie Thompson on Jan 16, 2013Comments: We have the right to bear arms. This was written in our constitution to protect our freedom from England. We now need a law to protect us from ourselves. Ban the assault weapons. We can still be a nation of caring, loving, human beings. Every time I see a country where the people are holding assault weapons and shooting them in the air, I think, those poor ignorant people, don't they realize how ignorant they look. Now I see the same situation here in America. We are standing up for killing innocent children and I for one am taking the high road and I want the assault weapons taken off the market. Let's not let the children's death be in vain. Ed.Flag
