A parent that has been convicted of: 1) 3 or more felonies in the past ten years To date of petitioning for custody will not be granted physical custody if the other parent involved is also petitioning for custody. If other parent is finically responsible with no criminal history,this parent shall be rewarded custody of child/children. 2) parent with criminal history will be required to attend parenting classes and any other classes judge may see fit at their own expense
