Yes their are binders full of complaints to the police , that's why this has become an issue with the zoning board .
the noise and vibration of the pounding bass and drums cannot be drowned out with earplugs and people and kids cannot sleep. the noise violates the permit requirements and the village noise ordinances, that's a fact....
Good afternoon all. There are certain individuals on this forum that claim to be employed by Molly's. As one of the Managers of said establishment, I can confirm that this is not true. I'm saddened by the bullying that is occurring within this discussion. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, I just ask that you please express your thoughts and comments in a respectful manner.
Do the police get called constantly in regards to the noise late at night? If the answer is yes, than the permit shouldnt be granted and this petition is useless. If the answer is no, than the people pissing and moaning are just pissing and moaning and the permit should be granted and this petition is useless.
I close the patio every Friday & Saturday and our staff is instructed to do so as well. The only people on the back patio after 2am are the cleaning crew. Please see and hear for yourselves this weekend. Having the patio closed at 2am is not only adhered to by our security staff but it also makes our jobs much easier since we have less space to staff as a result.

It's a shame that the people of Molly's spillanes are improperly informing people . The residents of mamaroneck ave only wish that the patio is not open till 3am every night. There are still many hours in the day in which you can enjoy the patio , I'm just hoping 1am on Tuesday is not one of them .
