To whom it may concern, Mark Westby Verses Dorothy Stotler 05f25 C00076582 My name is Mark Westby, my case number is 05f25. I am requesting a petition to modify my back child support. I am petitioning Dorothy Stotler whom resides in Monmouth Ill. I understand I owe back child support, I was told that my son Nathan had to complete High school in order to receive child support. Dorthy allowed all three of my sons to drop out of school. My son Nathon Westby will be twenty one in July of 2012. He moved out when he was seventeen years old. Dorothy Stotler continued getting child support for a young man that was not even living in her home. Times are very hard right know and I am having a difficult time just making ends meet. I just can not afford to pay 133.20 a week. I do not have money to get a lawyer. I am pleading with the state of Il to help me with this modification. I understand I should of done this years ago but was unclear how to go about the process. Dorothy Stotler should be paying me child support being the boys did not live in her home.
