A large number of property owners disapprove of older mobile homes existing. The property assessments are affected. As these mobile homes age, as with all structures, their appearance and stability deteriate. The up-keep and maintainance becomes difficult for people dwelling in these mobile homes. They usually don't have options as to their up- keep abilities even as owners. Economics and unforeseen poor health among other things take a toll on their attemps at preventing this decline. I have learned other counties have accepted gov. grants thru a program called "CHANGING THE FACE OF MANUFACTACTURED HOUSING" by WWW.NYSDHCR.GOV. I BELIEVE THE MOBILE HOME OWNERS OF ONT.CO. DESERVE THE SAME POSSABILITIES! If you are an old mobile home owner or would like to see this improvement in your neighbor hood, please sign my petition/ and actively support this belief.
