So...Here we go!
This might start out like a snowball, but slow and steady wins the race. It's important to me that we blast this out to all groups of relevant people that we know...as it has been proven that these things can spread when people feel their rights are at stake. Well, the place is here and the place is here.
You know, I have heard plenty of valid arguments as to why this legislation is going to fail or become diluted at the federal level, mainly because of the GOP-dominated Congress and the DFL'ers that are on the fench. However, MN is a different story.
Look to NY, CA, CT, MA, etc. I am not worried about that type of scenerio here. However, I AM concerned with the present imbalance of power in the state of Minnesota right now. The Senate, the House and the Governor will be discussing these issues more publically very soon and it's important that we not sit idle as our rights are stripped away. All it takes is a tireless and irate minority...it's not as hard as you think. Send some emails and share some links with your friends.
Remember, our beautiful State of Minnesota is home to Hunters and sport-shooters and hundreds-of-thousands of responsibly owned firearms. We have a heritage. Our men went and fought in the Civil War...arguably winning one of the most influencial battles in that war. This is our culture, our Nation and our freedom.
