   Comments: we are the only state that ends this early. People end up coming to the bar at 12 and getting really drunk quickly. Then an hour later they are thrown into the street to drive.

    Comments: I nearly passed on relocating to the Twin Cities due to the lack of nighttime entertainment. I rarely go to the bars myself, but the early bar close contributes to the image of the Twin Cities as being stuffy and boring. I agree with all the points you mention.
