We the undersigned, believe that all types of mining in the existing mining area known as Northeastern Minnesota's Iron Range, can be done in a safe and environmentally friendly manner which can be proven in its already 160 year mining history. During this 160 year history, challenges to safety and the environment have been met with steady resolve by mining industry operators, their employees, and local regulations already in place. We see no reason why precious metal, copper/nickle mining and similar value enhanced mining projects cannot accomplish the same results with current advanced separation technologies and proprietary methodologies.
