We the people of Michigan strongly oppose "all" proposed amendments to Michigan Medical Marijuana Act of 2008. The proposed amendments, grossly violates the will and spirit of the people's "original" intent in it's 2008 Initiative. Combined these proposed amendments flagrantly violates our State Constitutional Civil Rights, targeting legitimate (State-Licensed) Patients and Caregivers under unscrupulous conditions that deprive our current legal protection from criminal law including legal recourse in a court of law. These proposed amendments provide Patient and Caregivers with no control to abide by the law, as intended in being granted a license issued by the State of Michigan's Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs. Therefore, we the people of the State of Michigan strongly opposes "ALL" proposed amendments to Michigan Medical Marijuana Act -AND- just as strongly insist that Michigan Medical Marijuana Association along with Patients and Caregivers are granted sufficient time to testify at Hearings scheduled to begin on Thursday, February 16, 2012
