Respected elders and dear friends, We would like to request you to express your opinion of electing Mr. OmPrakash Potsangbam as the president of MMAB for the term 2012-2013. Few points highlighted from the email sent across from different folks: 1. He has good co-ordination, planning and execution skills. 2. Under his leadership the membership strength crossed 100 plus now. 3. He has led from the front at difficult times e.g. Richard’s case, NE exodus, etc. He stood out as a good leader when many different NE organizations came together during these times. 4. He has a good decision making capability. 5. He respects our opinions and welcomes suggestions. 6. He has proved that he has the potential to bring the youths from different walks of life under one umbrella organization. 7. He involves himself completely in all the activities. 8. He has had a good past track record and is looking forward to interesting new ideas. Considering all these points, we intuitively feel that Mr. P.
