    Comments: Please also consider allowing larger downloads (current limit is 200). The concern that it will make it easier for the small number of users that hoard data is greatly outweighed by the number of appraisers that will be benefited. The new 1004MC requires large amounts of data to produce the valid results required by Fannie Mae. One possible solution that would satisfy both sides is to allow those with appraiser logins to have the larger download capability.
