Bud Selig, commissioner of MLB, repeatedly states with regard to initiating an instant-replay mechanism that there is no desire for replay to be expanded beyond it's current uses. This petition is to serve as notice the commissioner is incorrect in his assumption and that viewers of MLB are interested in improving the integrity of the game and allowing for replay to correct poor rulings on the field.
