We the undersigned wish to lobby the Boards of Directors of MK Dons FC and Luton Town FC to commence talks on a possible merger, and to make clear the potential benefits to both Clubs and supporters that a relocation of Luton Town FC would bring. These include: enhanced facilities for players and supporters, a wider support base and a final solution to the ongoing search for a new ground for Luton Town FC. MK Dons would benefit from increased attendances. The combined club would also be financially stronger resulting from economies of scale, a wider 'catchment' area of support, and a greater and more attractive commercial presence in Milton Keynes, one of the fastest growing conurbations in the UK. In summary a merger may also secure a prosperous future for a merged Club, capable of sustaining itself in the Premiership, in what is an otherwise uncertain environment for small Clubs in the Football League.
