P.Murugadas from Salem want to complaint against Nexis tower & copany with reference to the add given by Nexsis tower & company in that company required 500 sq.ft space for 3G broadband tower as rent.After going through the advertisement I sent my every details to the compay in the following address.... NEXIS TOWER & COMPANY UNIT OF ALL INDIA OVER INDIA TOWER FIXATION IN TELECOM INDUSTRIES (REGD ) Registered office : 3/10, 8th floor, vasant kunj, New shoping center, New Delhi-110065 www.nexistowers.com After that I received the reply from company where they indicated that my application is approved and then told that they will give me the rent Rs-60,000 per month.But they also demanded Rs-41,250. as Government Tax for mobile installation within 48 hours and I sent the Rs-41,250 by transfer to Mohit kumar -( a/c no:20129534777 in SBI) and Ashok kumar(a/c no:32369523424 in SBI) on 30th July’2012. After that they sent the Certificate of Government Tax under telecom Act-1972 by Union territory of India, Tele-Communication Department, information letter, No Objection Certificate from Government of India-Ministry of Communications and Information Technology and 15 lakhs advance cheque given by Yogesh trading company for Nexis tower & company. In this cheque, 12.08.2012 date given. In Information letter they demanded Rs-1,50,000 for 10% of 15 lakhs advance and Rs-85,000 amount is 8.5% of remaing 10 lakhs advance ( Total advance Rs-25,00,000 ) and they gave two account numbers. They are Mohit kumar-20129534777 & Ashok kumar-32369523424. After that I sent Rs-1,50,000 + 85,000 =2,35,000 by transfer to Mohit kumar and Asok kumar because of I fully believed by No Objection Certificate with ministry seal from Government of India-Ministry of communications and Information Technology & Certificate of Government Tax by Union Territory of India, Tele-communication Department with Government symbol. After that I tried to contact so many times to Arun sharma (MD) the contact number-919540240732 and Laxmi (correspondent) the contact number-09911725596, 919891511851 and customer care number-9891510879 but I did not get any response from that side.After that I thought that I has been cheated by Nexis tower & company After few days, one phone call came from nexis company. They told that, file moving charge Rs-7,000 is to be sent and after that, the advance cheque Rs-45,00,000 will be given and install the 3g broad band tower. The phone contact person- Mr. Suresh (accounts department-cell no:08800828479) and he contact with G. Sathish kumar MD(cell no:08447966730). The Sathish kumar told me that the cheque cancellation letter with my signature and charge is to be sent due to the advance cheque is in different name and reissue the new cheque on your name. After that, I sent cheque cancellation letter and charge Rs-22,715 +22,715 = 45,430 and file moving charge Rs-7,000. So, I sent Rs-52,430 to Mr. Sathish kumar account. The ac/ no-30983382362 sbi,branch code-11936. After that I tried to contact so many times to G.Sathish kumar MD but I did not get any response from that side.After that I thought that again I has been cheated by Nexis tower & company I sent total amount is Rs-2,76,250 + 52,430 = Rs 3,28,680 to Nexis tower & company and all the amounts were borrowed as Instrest of 24%. I and my family totally affected by the above reason and there is no way for us to return back the borrowed amount. So. we are worried and going to susite. The 15 lakhs advance cheque has returned on 16.08.2012 due to insufficient fund.The cheque number is- 003350 So, I would request you to do needful action for refund the above amount from Nexis tower & company or install the 3G broad band tower after giving advance. The needful action is to be very soon due to I and my family affected barrowed money. Again I remember, I and my family life is in your hand.
