Mitchell J. Colucci (1982-2013) was a beautiful spirit who brought amazing talent to Dover High School and the entire community of Dover Plains, NY. Mitchell loved the arts and could be found on the stage in the Dover HS Auditorium or in the chorus room any free moment he had during the day. His dedication to the arts brought him from the small stage of Dover High School and Tri-Arts Sharon Stage to the world stage performing as a voice-over artist for several regional and national companies. Mitchell brought joy and light to the lives of all he touched. He kept a positive outlook on life and always found the good in people. He loved food, traveling, language and anything that would help him build his talent. His genuine love for everything around him rubbed off on anyone who knew him for a short time. His love for life included his love of his small home town. He hoped to give back to his small home community when he made it big! This petition is asking for your help to make his dream a reality. Please sign this petition asking the Dover UnionFree School District Board of Education to name the Dover High School Auditorium after Mitchell.
