    Comments: We live in Mission Bay and have two children under 5 who we have to drive all over the city to take to playgrounds that are safe and age appropriate. It would be great to have a playground that fit these criteria within walking distance.

    Comments: The lack of a proper playgrounds and schools for our kids is one of the biggest reasons we will eventually join the mass exodus of young families in the Mission Bay area. I truly hope we can change this situation because we do LOVE this neighborhood so much.

    Comments: Please please please! South Beach/Mission Bay desperately needs a playground for our children. It is ridiculous that I should have to drive a minimum of 1.5 miles to bring my child to a safe and enriching outdoor playspace.

    Comments: As a South Beach resident I feel that we are in desperate need for more family-oriented facilities (there seem to be more pet facilities than those for families!). Our neighborhood is growing up and needs to evolve to reflect our population. I strongly support the development of this new playground as soon as possible.
