Elaborate trolling by Team Punishment and rash decisions by his fellow moderators have alienated a large group of members from the forum. Ultimately this was a malicious act of intentional trolling that is quite clearly evidenced by Team Punishment's recent post history.

The Misc Firearms Crew simply wants a thread to post pictures of guns and talk about them. Trolling and shit talking is one thing, that can be handled. When mods come in and troll and shit talk, then ban anyone for shit talking them back, then it becomes a clear power trip issue. Especially ironic is that the moderators claim no one is banned for talking shit, yet VApump has to get the last word in on the locked thread. He talks some shit about MFC, then goes on to say that if you talk shit you can expect to "get hit." If this isn't middle-school-tier abuse of hall monitor authority type shit I don't know what is.

So why should you care? Well, the Misc Firearms Crew contains a rather impressive roster of active and influential members. Almost all of us regularly make purchases from BB.com - at least currently. I think it is important to realize that the Firearms Crew does not need BB.com. For a time this has been a mutually beneficial relationship, in which we post on the forum, and in turn provide a huge amount of page views, quality content, and direct $$$ contributions to the site through merchandise sales.

However, we can go somewhere else. We can shop somewhere else. If losing all of our collective revenue is worth protecting Team Punishment's ego over, then that will be that, and the undersigned will immediately cease purchases from BB.com. If it is decided that our collective revenue is worth hurting his ego, then simply re-instate the MFC thread and tell the moderators to actually follow the rules instead of applying them how and when they feel like it.
