| 1183 | Kevin Abbey | Not only would I like to preserve our rights to mine on properties, I would also like to see the ability to continue to use methods such as dredging (recreational, even if limited to 4,5, or 6" max., currently some states have a ban). And being able to apply for Patented mines, currently the Federal government is not funding for the application process, therefore none can be processed. |
