   Comments: I was driving back from Charlotte last Thursday and saw a mini Cooper D on interstate 40.. I immediately went to see if I could get my hands on one, just to find out you can't. Can they be imported? Why would mini not want to bring a great car that would blow any hybrid away in efficiency here to the states? People are having to sneak them in from Canada or Europe? Please mini..bring it here and I'll dump my Jetta tdi!

   Comments: Dear BMW people, my family is a MINI family, my mum would like to get a countryman since her current MINI is getting a bit smaller for her, my dad wants a countryman S All wheel drive, but my we all want a diesel! I'd love to have a one D! I'd totally trade it and pay for the same price as a currrent Cooper S, like no joke, I was in spain this past summer and was just amazed at how long the diesel lasted on this car! so please, we're 3 guaranteed customers as far as diesel..... we really don't want any other car, nor a gasoline but.... well yeah, we'll hold off, I'll praise the moment the one D is introduced for sale in the U.S. :)
