i am doing this in regards to a puppy that was stole from me and it is at the human society and they wont release him back to me. they broke a federal law   citation 7 united states constutution 2158. which says that they must find the owner in five days and they never even tried to find me. he was taken from his mom at 6 weeks old and is now at the humain society in somerset. i had to contact the sheriff to get help cause the state police and dog worden wont do anything to help. they claim to be a no kill shelter but after a month the kill the animal if its not adopted. they evn say a 24 hour hold on puppies when i was there one day i saw them call refferences to check for a couple on a puppy and never held it for 24 hours so how is that fair to anyone else. it states on there web site that its a 24 hour hold but they dont follow there own rules. so what makes them a good shelter. they can be charged with recieving  stolen property. which is 18 pa c.s.a. 3924 which carries a fine  and prison time.  they also broke state laws 18 pa c.s.a. 3921 through 3934. i got a total of 19 charges they can be brought up on. so please help me to save our furry friends and stop the cruelty to animals and close them down. thank you and god bless
