- It's not a surprise if you don't know who Wayne Coyne is, but here's a little summary;; he's basically some old man that's part of some ratchet band. When Miley was depressed he suddenly popped into her life. He "comforted" her with drugs. Basically she hasn't been the same sense. Yes, she still is caring and loving (as she was since the beginning) but her overall style and demeanor has REALLY changed. So PLEASE help Miley see the influence Wayne has done. She's obviously oblivious to his plan.
