Mikel Arteta Amatriain, more commonly known as Arteta, is a Spanish footballer who plays for Arsenal as a midfielder and is the club's vice-captain. Mikel Arteta has been one of the most consistent midfielders in the Barclays Premier League for the last seven/eight years but he is yet to earn his first cap for Spain, despite him being 30 years old.
