This is a petition that we the following feel that Mike should be able to get an interview for the new Helpdesk TM role. Mike has been the Quest coach for Helpdesk Barrie since the begining. He always goes above and beyond in his work and without Mike we wouldn't be where we are today as a team. Mike has does an excellent job of handling the TM role in many cases when our TM's have been away or unavailable. He's always there when you need him and always follows up on our concerns. We feel he is the best fit for this position and it would be a disapointment if he didn't get an interview. We also feel he is even experienced enough in his role to handle both positions of Quest and TM. We here sign this in hopes that you would consider giving Mike the chance at this new role.
