We the undersigned, request that Land-O-Lakes/Purina Inc. eliminate the offensive noise emanating from the Oklahoma City production facility located on the Southwest corner of N Western Ave. and NW 4th Street.
The subject Feed Plant operates 24-hour a day, 365 days a year, and produces a low-frequency, offensive hum, that permeates nearby residential neighborhoods. This noise often disturbs our peace, or interferes with our sleep. We request that the source of the noise be eliminated, or dampened such that it is no longer offensive.
