I, the undersigned, do NOT agree with the new parking machines that have been introduced in Burgess Hill and Haywards Heath. I believe these machines are a waste of time and taxpayers money. These machines will have a direct impact on my shopping habits. I request that the old and more efficient payment system be reinstated.
