Since it has been announced that John Nettles has decided to leave the popular British crime drama "Midsomer Murders", rumors have been floating around the internet that his character, DCI Tom Barnaby, will be killed off in his final episode. We would like to respectfully ask the producers and writers of the show not to let this happen. As loyal fans, we have invested a good deal of time over the past twelve years watching and supporting the show. We have come to know and love the characters, especially Tom and his family, and we feel it would be a disgrace if the decision is made to kill Tom off. We are asking the producers to please take our feelings into consideration as plans are made for Mr. Nettles' final episode.
