Steve Jones,Assistant Director City of Greensboro Office of Workforce Development We, the Customers of Office of Workforce Development(OWD) would like to petition that the Microsoft Office be updated to Microsoft Office 2007/2010 for our work search, applications, resume writing, cover letters, etc. We are currently in 2013 and soon 2014. The Microsoft Office systems upgrades every three years. We will be operating in a new sytems very soon. When we use the 2003 software in OWD and send our documents via email to another source our words shifts or/and are not ligable. We are request that the OWD upgrade the Microsoft Office to 2007 or 2010 for the sole purpose of us doing a work search in this changing world.
