When we are in party chat or playing a multiplayer match on Xbox Live on Xbox One we don't want anyone in the house or in the room to hear what the other player or party chat person are saying. No one wants to use Kinect as a chat mic. So include a headset with Xbox One like you did with Xbox 360.
