Recently I got an offer via my hotmail account “would I like to switch to outlook.com" I chose not to, and cancelled the offer till later. A few days went by and when I logged in to my hotmail account, I found that I could not access any of my folders, or even read emails in the inbox. I then switched to outlook.com as originally requested; The result = NIL, the very same problem, I googled to see if others had similar problems, and low and behold, the search was loaded with people having all kinds of problems with Hotmail, Outlook.com, and Microsoft. My question is this - How come when Microsoft puts their hands/ or mark on anything it invariable ends up as crap. (I am being very kind here). I now know that it is all down to Microsoft's handy work, why change something that is perfect for millions. I understand that Microsoft paid $47 million to buy Hotmail.com and now they are in danger of losing their investment - FAST !. What do I think of the new outlook.com, it looks well, nice and clean, but it is as useful as someone on the moon using a bicycle to return to Earth. And while we are in outer space, I wonder what planet Microsoft is beaming from?
