We, the undersigned, hereby request the rights holders of the following properties to collaborate and resolve to release a theatrical release of a movie based upon: 1. Micronauts toys (aka "Micromen"), with US rights owned by Hasbro, Inc, and 2. The Micronauts comic series, published by Marvel Comics beginning in 1979. We furthermore request that the storyline be based primarily, if not solely, upon the characters and stories presented in issues 1 through 12 of the Marvel Micronauts comic book series, authored by Bill Mantlo and edited by Jim Shooter.
