Comments: I am not personally against apodments, however, I think they should be required to have both design and SEPA reviews as they are a larger construction project more along the lines of an apartment building.

Comments: apodments are built by greedy money grubbers in the guise of providing affordable housing. but if you look at cost per sq ft these spaces are a joke!

Comments: Developers are ruining the integrity of Capitol Hill and by approving such projects, the City of Seattle is disrespecting the homeowners and tax payers of this neighborhood. They both need to be stopped.

Comments: Having learned that few apodments are really rented at a low rate and the loophole allowing no environmental review, I sighn this petition. I also think that we need to slow construction until we have a satisfactory, solid and relevant revenue stream for necessities such as Metro.
