Comments: I own a unit on Harvard Ave E. This proposed microhousing which defines 6 to 8 units with a common kitchen as ONE unit is a travesty. Density and parking are already an issue on Capitol Hill. Allowing the proposed apodment to be built will destroy the character of the neighborhood.

Comments: I want the people in county government to know that they are destroying communities by allowing developers to change the character of the architectural character's of the classic houses into ugly block buildings that could have a negative impact on the attitude of people who live in the area against those government bureaucrats who do not live where these developments are located I think they should look at the potential loss of such beautiful houses before they allow these ugly block rat infested buildings to destroy the character of the community's these block buildings do NOT BELONG IN THIS AREA they belong in GUTTERSVILLE or industrial row so I so demand a stop to the development of crap
