Comments: We need a level playing field for developers. All buildings with dozens of separate residents should be subject to the same review and undergo design review to get neighborhood input.

Comments: I have been in real estate a long time, in two states. When a city realizes that their well-thought out public reviews of projects is being skirted, they TYPICALLY, and RESPONSIBLY, protect the owners of the area by changing the ordinance while they issue a moratorium on applications for projects until the ordinances are corrected to REALIGN THE ORDINANCES WITH THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN and the desire and will of both the PEOPLE and the GOVERNMENT. Please do the responsible thing, and stop these aPODments from taking over what are otherwise homogenous neighborhoods, much beloved by those who have INVESTED in property and who reside there PERMANENTLY, happily with those who are more transient or do not desire to own who live in buildings that have undergone full review and are good neighbors (ample parking, green space, set backs, and the like). Thank you.

Comments: I'm disgusted with the high density for no purpose mentality of the city council. The dealmaking with the rich. Passing higher level buildings that are "green" but not green. It is bullshit and we are watching you. This is not manhattan. We live here for a reason. If I want to live in NYC, I'll move there.

Comments: As with anything concerning development it is about consideration and balance within and surrounding the impacted areas. There are so many Seattleites who care deeply about our city and have great ideas and input for the betterment of us all.

Comments: Please show some leadership to honor Capitol Hills quality of life. Please put a moratorium on Apodment Development, until we know what impacts the nineteen which are currently in the works have, and stop incentives to destroy more buildings to make Apodments.

Comments: These are not eight bedroom apartments just because they share a kitchen. That assertion is absurd. There is a limit of one unit per 800 square feet in L-3, and that should be upheld. An honest definition of a unit needs to be added to the zoning code.
