Michigan road conditions are getting out of control. The lack of effective maintence is creating unsafe driving conditions, costing taxpayers thousands of dollars in vehicle repairs annually. We, the citizens of Michigan, demand change in the current division of responsibilities for road repair. We demand accountability for the excessive damages to our vehicles due to the negligence of the local road commissions to properly repair and maintain public roadways.

Rachel Green, United States6 years ago Comments: I have completely blown a tire, destroyed a rim and fucked up an axle all because I hit a pothole on a road marked 55mph when it should have been marked 25mph.... or REPAIRED! On my way to work I have to traverse Geddes Rd in Ann Arbor, between US-23 and Earheart is a fricking suspension trap. I am afraid to drive over it, because going 5mph is outta the question with the amount of traffic but going 35 just causes my car excessive pain. So what did I see the other week A work crew fixing washtenaw! Which is perfectly FINE! Instead of Geddes... or even Carpenter, they fix a road that is ok! Gah! Are you people stupid!
