I am starting this petition to serve Justice for my brother and cousin. They were arrested 11/29/2012 in Battle Creek, MI and still not released. Their courtdate has been reset time after time, then was promised to be released on 01/14/2013. Thatdid not happen. They dropped the previous charge, and then charged them with something that will guarentee the both of them 20 years in prison. They should be free due to the lack of evidence the state od Michigan has. Michigan has kept them incarserated under false charges and did not even let them know what was goingon. Please help circulate this petition in hopes that it will reach Battle Creek, MI in hopes they will free them and be held responsible for the false imprisionment.
