    Comments: When I started to listen to WLRO, Gary Michaels wasn't even Gary Michaels, he was another on air persona. However I knew it was him. He made radio fun. Now that he is gone, my radio station has changed. He was the most interesting & knowledgeable DJ I ever heard. His celebrity interviews were the best. You could tell that he was really friends with a lot of those people. He made this station great to listen to. My radio will not be put back on WLRO until Gary Michaels returns. And if he doesnt return, neither will I.

    Comments: I readily acknowledge that I know Gary Michaels as a close, personal friend. I, however, have always prided myself on my ability to view circumstances and people objectively. I therefore, do not believe that my comments on this subject are tainted by prejudice. Gary's talent and knowledge of Classic Rock is far superior to any other DJ you have at your station. While I have stopped listening to your station on a regular and/or exclusive basis, I do tune in from time to time, particularly during the 3:00 to 7:00 time slot for comparison purposes. I have found the quality of the program during that time to be weak, boring and often times offensive. The programming is "canned" and lacks any interest whatsoever. At no time have I ever professed to be any kind of an expert on Classic Rock, but I know what I like and I know I don't like what I now hear from your station. Personal feelings aside, I firmly believe, on a purely objective basis, that your station would be making a grave error if you do not take every step that is necessary to return Gary to your airways. I assure you that as long as Gary Michaels is not on ARROW, this consumer will not be listening to 101.5.

    Comments: I am a country radio listener myself, but on the way home from work, i ould switch to 101.5 to listen to Gary's show. I would be in my car alone laughing at him and his stories.     Comments: I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Michaels and the Kentucky Motorcycle Assocation, when the company I work for, took up items for our Troops at the KMA meet located at the Continental Inn in Lexington, KY. He was extremely touched by all the efforts both organizations and the participants shown in support of our Troops. I was extremely pleased with his professionalism and great sense of humor...In a time like that, we all could have used a little laughter! Since his departure--- my company nor have I had any use for this radio station...If you want customer satisfaction...BRING HIM BACK!!!!

    Comments: What a disappointment to learn that Gary Michaels will no longer be on the air on what used to be one of my favorite stations. I miss his creative presentations, sense of humor, and easy-to-listen to interviews....if anyone learns where i can find Gary on the air now, please let me know!!! I hope Lexington brings him back but I suspect a guy with his talent should be in a larger market area anyway!
