Michael Nesmith is one of the most talented and gifted songwriters of all time. His work spans over 50 years. It's time to stand up and take notice to a man who not only helped pioneer the Country Rock sound but who continued by pushing the envelope with his forward-thinking and talented gift for words/music. Let's give back to not only The Songwriter's Hall of Fame, but to Michael Nesmith himself as a thank you for all he has given to us over the years. Well Deserved -- and it's about time!
