Michael has been a long standing member of the British Empire, contributing a special kind of awesome which is rarely found anywhere but his home. With considerable service to Her Majesty and Her territories, Michael is an asset and ambassador who has worked tirelessly to promote the majesty of Her empire, and the safety, health and security of its members. It is with this in mind that we create this, the most esteemed petition, to lobby for Mr.Michael Anthony Rowan to become a Member of the empire he has worked so hard for.
