WHEREAS, We are residents of the City of St. Louis or St. Louis County, Missouri and have attained the age of eighteen years or older, AND: WHEREAS, We are users of Metro St. Louis Transit services such as MetroLink trains and Metro buses, AND: WHEREAS, Many users of Metro have the need to make more than one bus or train connection to get to their destination and therefore do not have convenient access to rest room facilities, AND: WHEREAS, Metro St. Louis Transit does see the necessity to provide private rest rooms to its employees at the MetroLink train stations but fails to do so for the users of its services, THEREFORE, We call upon Metro St. Louis Transit to pay for and provide four(4) portable toilets and provide for the regular periodic replacement of these toilets and also pay for and provide supplies(toilet tissue and hand sanitizer) at each of the following MetroLink train stations: Terminal 2, North Hanley, UMSL North, UMSL South, Rock Road, Wellston, Delmar Loop, Forest Park/DeBaliviere, Central West End, Grand(when this station is re-opened after construction), Union Station, Civic Center, Stadium, Eighth & Pine, Convention Center, Arch/Laclede's Landing, East Riverfront, 5th & Missouri, Emerson Park, Jackie Joyner-Kersee, Washington Park, Fairview Heights, Memorial Hospital, Swansea, Belleville, College, and Shiloh-Scott.
