    Comments: All of Mr. Merzbacher's victims serve life sentences for what he did to them. Though many who because of their faith in God will ultimately triumph over their horrible experiences, there may be many who live a life of hell, if not have died because of what he did. Why should he have the priviledge of being released, why should he go free when his victims have lost everything of their innocence and trust. Why do I say this, I say this because I am a triumphant survivor of sexual abuse and to this day almost 40 years later when I hear of a child having been abused--the anger and rage rises up in me, the hatred of what happened rises up. I know that I will have to live with what happened to me forever. But my faith in God has allowed me to know that it won't keep me prisoner anymore. He has shown remorse, he has not apologized to anyone, he has shown arrogance and a smugness and contempt for the law and his victims. There is no reason for him to be released. Did he give his victims a fair trial, did he give his victims mercy, did he give his victims justice. NO WAY and so NO WAY SHOULD He BE GIVEN FREEDOM FOR THE FREEDOM HE TOOK AWAY AND THE DESTRUCTION HE CAUSED SO MANY YOUNG INNOCENT CHILDREN. PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW THIS MAN TO GO FREE
