Comments: This is not a case of an innocent man being found guilty. Rather, this is a monster guilty of multiple horrific acts against children that perhaps did not get a chance to accept a plea deal. Of course now he would say he would have accepted the deal. We will never know. But what we DO know about him should far outweigh the possibility that he may not have been given the opportunity to accept a lesser sentence. As the mother of a young daughter, rotting in hell for eternity would not be a long enough sentence. What judge wants this on their conscience? He has been locked away for a reason. Leave him there.

Comments: Please do not release John Merzbacher from prison. He was given a life sentence to serve...and he needs to fully serve his debt to society, and especially to those he has hurt deeply. By his own admission he said he will come after his victims, what part of that statement sounds like he has been reformed?

Comments: Life sentence not enough. His victim has a life sentence, I am beginning to believe in eye for eye. n he should be hung or stoned, America has become a socity that is to worried about the rights of offender. For what? Where were my rights, where are the rights of his victims.
