Merrifield Citizens Association is a group of concerned citizens who live and work in Merrifield. This group is opposed to the Lamb Center locating its homeless day shelter in close proximity to schools, homes and businesses. The group is extremly concerned that the City of Fairfax is helping to export its problem.
