This petition is in support of a dedicated member of the Merge Poker Network, Clifford Jackson. He has been banned from Merge unfairly, and has done nothing unethical that directly affects the Merge Network. In contrast, Mr. Jackson has been a loyal and dedicated player on the Merge Network and has six years of dedicated play and contributions to the Merge network, actively communicating with other Merge Network members and keeping us all informed and abreast of Merge developments.

He actually created a website, www.mergemob.webs.com, dedicated to outstanding players who play on the Merge Network. His forum hosted a series of games on a major skin of the Merge Network, bringing them revenue, and also had planned to begin a series of League games on the Merge Network, which would in turn bring the MN more revenue.

 We are urging the CEO of the Merge Network to review the situation that resulted in the hasty decision to ban Mr. Jackson from playing on this network, as the factors involved did not directly impact them, and where a mere warning could have sufficed. This player is an essential element of the poker community, and we feel that the decision to ban him is unjustified, as no wrongdoing affecting the Merge Network was involved.

Please restore his ability to continue to play on the Merge Network, as well as to bring your network more revenue and continue with his goals for his forum that is dedicated as a lay organization for himself and other devoted fans and followers of your Network.
