This petition is being wrote to give the citizens of Elkins WV a voice about the Men's Rehabilitation Center soon to be placed right in a neighborhood where children are being raised and where people have lived in for years.. We get no say about this..They just decided to put this in my neighborhood.. There will be up to 35 men living in this center for 90 days at a time. they volunteer to go. I just feel that it will bring more chaos and danger to our community. Please sign if you feel the same..There is many more secluded places to place this facility, not located in a neighborhood.
